Happy New Year readers!
This is what we ate during New Year’s Eve and after the clock struck midnight. Not as grand as our Christmas meal, and mostly similar fare:
Beef with mushrooms and gravy.
We had bits of lechon aka roast pig.
Morcon, like we also had during Christmas.
The star of the meal, though, was this lasagna. It was really, really good!
Anyway, hope you had a blast ushering 2015 in.
Personally, I couldn’t wait to see 2014 finish. The year had its ups and downs, good and bad. The highlight of the year was my travels and another important personal milestone. But I could do away with some parts of it.
I’m more hopeful about 2015. There is nothing like a fresh, bright start.
